Baja Shrimp Salad
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. cooked shrimp, thawed and drained
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
12 radishes, thinly sliced
4 scallions, sliced
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Chill.
