Kiwi Muffins
| 1/2 Pound flour
1 baking powder 1/2 Teaspoon salt 5 1/4 Ounces sugar .PP 1 egg — beaten 2 5/8 Ounces butter — melted 1/2 Cup milk .PP 1 grated lemon rind 1 1/2 cups kiwis — peeled and chopped 4 1/4 ounces walnuts — chopped 1. Preheat oven to 200 øC . 2. Sift together the first 4 ingredients. Stir in the egg, butter, and milk, just until moistened. 3. Fold in the lemon rind, kiwis, and nuts. Fill paper-lined muffin tins full, and bake approximately 20 minutes. Difficulty : easy. Precision : measure ingredients. |
