Ingredients
- 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz melon liqueur
1/2 oz raspberry schnapps
1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
2 oz sweet and sour mix
2 oz 7-Up soda
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients over ice and pour into highball glass. No garnish.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
3/4 oz dry gin
3/4 oz dry vermouth
2 tsp sweet vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters
Instructions:
Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Dubonnet French vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tsp sugar
Champagne
Instructions:
In a wine glass, add the bitters to the sugar. Then add the dubonnet and a tsp. of ice. Fill the glass with champagne, stir gently and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz lemon vodka
1 dash triple sec
1 tbsp pineapple juice
Instructions:
Combine and shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

- 1 part Tia Maria coffee liqueur
1 part cream
1 part rum
1 part creme de cacao
Instructions:
Mix in a shaker, add some ice and shake very well.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz orange juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes. Strain into a whiskey sour glass, and serve.

1 oz white creme de cacao
1 oz light cream
nutmeg
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.

Ingredients
- 2 oz dark rum
1 oz creme de cacao
1/2 oz double cream
1/2 oz grated nutmeg
Instructions:
Pour the dark rum into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add the creme de cacao and double cream. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg on top, and serve.
