Cocktails: Alex Chi-Chi Recipe

Ingredients

  • 45 ml vodka
    15 ml Cointreau orange liqueur
    30 ml cream of coconut
    60 ml pineapple juice
Instructions:
Shake in an ice filled shaker. Strain and serve.

Ingredients

  • ice
    1 splash grenadine syrup
    1/2 oz Absolut vodka
    1/2 oz Bacardi white rum
    1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
    1/2 oz gin
    1/2 oz white tequila
    2 oz orange juice
    2 oz pineapple juice
Instructions:
First mix some orange juice and pinapple juice in equal parts, and color it with some grenadine (as sweet as you want). This is “conga mix”. Fill the glass with ice, add the five licours and mix them, fill the glass with some conga mix and enjoy.

  • 2 oz dry gin
    1 oz Galliano herbal liqueur
    1 oz creme de bananes
    1 oz grapefruit juice
Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.

    2 oz spiced rum
    1 oz gin
    5 oz orange juice

Combine the ingredients, starting with the orange juice, in a highball glass. Serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Stefanoffs vodka
    1 oz Fanta orange soda
    1/2 oz Sprite soda
    1/2 oz kiwi juice concentrate
Instructions:
Pour vodka, sprite, fanta and kiwi juice into a glass over ice, and stir well. For best results add kiwi juice concentrate last.

Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with club soda.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz sweet and sour mix
    2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    1/2 oz vodka
    1/2 oz gin
    1/2 oz light rum
    lemon-lime soda
Instructions:
Mix the rum, gin, vodka, blue curacao, and sour mix in a mixing glass. Pour into an ice-filled highball glass, and top with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a twist of lemon or lime, and top with a cherry. Serve.

    1 dash orange bitters
Instructions:
In a mixing glass half-filled with crushed ice, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

    3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
    1 twist lemon peel
    ice
Instructions:
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain contents into a cocktail glass. Drop in a twist of lemon and serve.
