Holiday Pasta Pizza Salad

INGREDIENTS:-

8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained (use multi-colored variety for holidays)
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 lb. white brick cheese, diced
1 sm. red onion, sliced in rings
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
Sliced black olives
Sliced green pepper
1 stick pepperoni, diced
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced (or garlic powder)
1 tsp. celery salt
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. croutons
1 bunch Romaine lettuce

DIRECTIONS:-

(I throw in the whole cupboard.)
Toss all ingredients in bowl except for lettuce which should surround salad and croutons which are added just before serving.

Pizza And Pasta Casserole

INGREDIENTS:-

1 stick pepperoni, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
1 green pepper, diced
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can black olives, sliced
1 lb. rotini macaroni
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS:-

Cook macaroni as directed. Put into casserole dish with all other ingredients except the Mozzarella cheese. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese on top of casserole. Let stand until melted

PEPPERONI-N-CHEESE PIZZA PASTA

INGREDIENTS:-

2 tbsp. oil
1 lg. green pepper, cut in strips
1 lg. red pepper, cut in strips
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 of a 16 oz. pkg. of bow tie pasta
4 oz. sliced pepperoni
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut in cubes
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
1 lg. tomato, diced

DIRECTIONS:-

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook onion, pepper and garlic in oil until tender crisp. Add stewed tomatoes and basil, bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook pasta and add to skillet then stir in pepperoni, salt and pepper and diced tomato. Cook 1 or 2 minutes until heated. Add cheese and mix well. Yield: 4.

PASTA PIZZA SQUARES

INGREDIENTS:-

1 lb. ground beef
Pepperoni
1/2 lb. sausage
16 oz. pizza sauce
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese
12 lasagna noodles
2 tsp. oregano

DIRECTIONS:-

Brown ground beef, and sausage. Drain. Add pizza sauce and oregano. Cook lasagna noodles. Layer 1/2 lasagna noodles in the bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan, layer of ground beef mixture, layer of pepperoni, layer 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of cheddar cheese, layer remaining noodles, beef mixture and cheese. Top with Parmesan cheese. Cook approximately 40 minutes.

PIZZA PASTA CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:-

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
10 stuffed green or black olives, sliced
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 oz.) can pizza sauce
6 oz. med. egg noodles (2 1/2 c. uncooked)
1/3 c. low fat milk
1/2 c. sliced pepperoni
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella & grated Parmesan
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. oregano

DIRECTIONS:-

Brown beef and drain. Stir in onions to saute. Stir in olives, mushrooms and spices. In large saucepan, cook noodles and drain. Combine with remaining ingredients, reserving 1/3 of Mozzarella and Parmesan. Stir meat mixture into noodle mixture. Transfer to 2 (1 quart) baking dishes. Sprinkle Mozzarella and enough Parmesan cheese to lightly cover tops. Cover tightly to freeze. Bake the other casserole at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

MACARONI PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:-

7 oz. macaroni, uncooked
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 (14 oz.) jar pasta sauce
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. salt

DIRRECTIONS:-

Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Blend milk, egg and salt. Add macaroni, mix well. Spread onto greased 14 inch pizza pan. Spoon sauce evenly over macaroni. Add your favorite toppings: beef, pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms, onions, etc. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. 8 to 10 servings.

PIZZA CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:-

2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 c. water
Chopped black and green olives
2 pkg. sliced pepperoni
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
5 c. cooked pasta

DIRECTIONS:-

Brown beef and drain. Add next 10 ingredients, stir pasta. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in bottom of pan before baking.

Pizza Omelette

INGREDIENTS:-

3 lb. mixed pasta, cooked & rinsed
1 lg. jar meat Ragu sauce
2 lg. Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce
1/2 lb. or more pepperoni slices
4 sm. cans mushrooms
2 lb. ground meat
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lb. Provolone cheese, shredded

DIRECTIONS:

Brown ground meat; add Ragu and mix all ingredients into this. Place in casserole or large container. Bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

Italian Bread Pizza

INGREDIENTS:-

1 loaf Italian bread
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Armour Lower Salt Monterey Jack Cheese, divided
1 (16 oz.) jar prepared no salt added, no sugar, no fat pasta sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. dried Italian seasoning
12 oz. Armour Lower Salt Ham, thinly sliced
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple rings, well drained
8 thin green pepper rings
8 thin red pepper rings

DIRECTIONS:

Slice bread lengthwise in half. Toast cut sides under broiler until lightly browned. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the cheese on each half; broil again about 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Combine pasta sauce and seasoning in small saucepan; cook over medium heat until hot. Spoon sauce evenly over bread halves, top evenly with ham and pineapple rings.

Place green and red pepper rings alternately on top. Sprinkle each half with 1/2 cup of remaining cheese; place on baking sheet. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat source abut 4 to 6 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Cut each half into 6 pieces. Garnish with parsley, if desired.

Pizza Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg pasta
1 pkg pepperoni
1 pkg mozzarella cheese
1 jar pizza sauce
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground sausage

DIRECTIONS:

Brown ground beef until done. Drain; set aside. Brown sausage until done. Drain; set aside.
Bring pasta to boil. When done, drain and set aside. In a large bowl, combine pasta, pepperoni, cheese, pizza sauce, ground beef, sausage. In a large bowl, stir until mixed well; serve.
